Return Conditions & Restocking Fee:
All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. A copy of the original invoice must be attached along with the reason for return (e.g., total loss, not needed, damaged, etc.). Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, certain customer-initiated returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Notification for Damaged Parts:
Damaged parts must be reported within 2 business days from the original invoice date. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in denial of the return, and no credit will be issued.

Pre-Installation Check:
All parts must be inspected for fitment and damage prior to any preparation, painting, welding, or installation.

Return Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Core Returns:

All cores must be returned in the original OEM box.

Only factory cores are accepted; non-factory or A/M cores will be rejected.

Cores must be fully drained of all fluids and free of damage, or the return will be refused.

Total Losses:
For total loss claims, customers must call to obtain authorization prior to returning any parts. Any total loss returns made without prior authorization will not be credited, and all parts will be returned to the shop.

Non-Returnable Items:
Airbags, seat belts, SRS units, and wire harnesses are non-returnable under any circumstances.
