“ I had a great experience with the service team there. I took in my blue MDX and Erkin helped me with all my concerns. He even set me up with a loaner once they figured that some recalls needed to be done that would take much longer than anticipated. All in all the experience was good. Of course, it’s not inexpensive but I know that if something is not right, they will make it right. I did get my cabin filter changed and it’s making a slight whistling sound so I’ll need to take it back in but I’m sure it will be fine. Much better experience than the last time I was there. Staff was friendly. They don’t always seem welcoming but they are. It’s a very busy place. ”

The service mechanic did a full video evaluation of the entire suspension and braking system, and made suggestions to repair the warped rotors. I had the rotors and brakes replaced in 2023 by a outside repair shop, and they did not install Acura parts, which contributed to the problem. Erkin worked with me and was able to offer discounts on new Acura rotors and brake pads. “ I rarely ever write reviews like this, especially since when I bought my car, the experience was actually really good. But after just three months, one of my tires blew out while I was on the 495 express lanes. The dealership said it was because of a nail, which I honestly find hard to believe. To make things worse, the paint near the tire was chipped, and when I pointed it out, the manager brushed it off saying it was "an old chip." Really? On a new car? That response and the way the whole situation was handled completely changed my trust in the team. It's disappointing when a company treats customers well only when they're buying, but not when a problem comes up. ”
